Doxepin/silenor, atarax/hydroxyzine, or buspar/buspirone - anyone tried them or know if they will aggravate RLS? Will they help to sleep?

If you were to google these you will see doxepin is an antidepressant and atarax is a sedating antihistamine. If you didn't have RLS, tnese may help sleep, but they make RLS worse so should be avoided.

Buspar is an anxiolytic rather a sleeping aid, but can also make RLS worse.

If your insomnia is caused by RLS then it's first better to treat the RLS effectively than add other drugs for sleep.

The usual drugs recommended for short term use for insomnia are either a benzodiazepone, e.g. clonazepam or a "Z" drug e.g. zopiclone. These are considered addictive.

Sleep hygiene methods can help a little with insomnia, but only a little.

CBT-i (CBT - insomnia) therapy of accessible can help if accessible. It can help sleep quality, but doesn't relieve RLS symptoms.
