I have been trying to take low dose ropinole with hydro ozone
This worked for me several years
Switched insurance took my pain killer away
Now my RLS show up in vengeance

I don't fully understand what your query is?
I've responded to your previous post.
"Painkillers" generally, meaning medicines that relieve pain are of no value for RLS (unless it's painful).
More accurately, opioids are known to be effective for RLS. However they're only one type of drug used for pain.
This may seem like splitting hairs, but it does seem a common misconception that anything that works for pain will also work for RLS, e.g. TENS or acupuncture. This is not the case.
You probably have augmentation from the ropinole, but the hydro was covering it. With the hydro gone, you're feeling the full effects of the augmentation. In my experience, the only thing that can settle DA augmentation are opioids. I hope your doctor throws out the ropinole and gives you some tramadol or oxycodone, etc. Best of luck.
