Anyone try B1 for RLS? Friend's husband's doc recommended it for him. Friend says it is helping him decrease his meds.

B1 ??
Hi kicker2, I heard about this on Dr. Berg's youtube channel and tried it in addition to my normal meds and supplements. I did not notice any particular difference. The problem I find with supplements generally is unless you somehow isolate them in your regime it is difficult to tell if they are making any real difference good or bad. Also there is the question of absorption rates across different brands. I'm being led in most part by what is being recommended on this channel with regard to supplements. The most popular seem to be Gentle Iron, Magnesium, D3, B12 and vit C.
Here's the video link for anyone interested:

Yes, I value info from this site more than any other info. I had already ordered nutritional yeast based on a Dr Greger video. (it'll be arriving this week. I will continue to take my B complex and B6 and B2 that my naturo recommended. ) Dr Greger recommended nutritional yeast for general use-- not specific to RLS. I use Dr Greger's overall recommendations, my naturo's specific recommendations and then this site's recommendations for RLS.
(I'm not a real fan of Dr Berg. His video showed up on my feed bc a friend told me how much the Benfotomine was helping her husband.)
How much Vitamin C is being suggested on this site? I've missed that in all my reading.
