I tried drinking some orange juice early this morning, when I normally get RLS, & the shaking stopped. Not quite sure why—will have to investigate.

I found out the hard way that high sugar can make it worse I am not on injections for diabetes that have helped with the sugar hut I wasnt drinking as much so worse rls now I've just found out that there is a link between rls and dehydration so I'm drinking more and omg it works

I find sugary treats like orange juice, chocolate and cakes actually helps my RLS. We are all different and respond differently to dietary triggers. I'm also someone who found caffeine doesn't worsen my RLS.
