All over trembling. I have now developed all over trembling when I wake up in bed. It stops when I stand up. I have Muscular Dystrophy & Peripheral Neuropathy, but I have never experienced this before. Any ideas please?

Sorry to say, I can't be much help.
There are many reasons for experiencing trembling.
I can only say I don't think RLS is one of them.
