My RLS are worse around the full moon phase.

My Hubby suffers much more with his sleep during a full moon. Funny though over Christmas he’s eaten more wheat and diary with the biscuits and cheese but he’s slept better, crazy isn’t it😊

The full moon doesn't affect my RLS, but I've noticed I have to shave more often.

I’ve kept an RLS diary for 4 years & RLS definitely worsens for 3/4 nights just before the full moon.

That is so fascinating my brain essentially short-circuited. I have heard for many years now that we bleed more with the waxing and new moon. First heard about it 15 years ago when my chiropractor had melanoma and told his surgeon that he wanted to wait until the moon was in a certain phase because there would be less bleeding. His surgeon said "suit yourself but I think the sooner the better."

I don’t know how but I know they must be as all our bodies/behaviour/feelings are impacted on by the full moon. My wife says she can tell when ones coming as my behaviour is erratic and I become a bit manic!
