have not been on for a couple of years. i have found relief from taking 2tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with mothers. make sure it has mothers or it won't work. 1 tbls of honey with 1/2 cup of water. every morning and eve. i get relief during the day and in the eve. i still have to take ropineral. down from 1 mg to 1/4 mg. at night. such a difference.

Ha ha it’s the ‘mother’. It means it’s not been filtered or pasteurized. It looks very cloudy. Sadly it doesn’t work as I tried it for acid reflux but it is supposed to be healthy.

it has worked for me for 2 years now. when i don't take it my legs are bad during the day. mothers is an added protien by the way. it may work for someone else
