Shivers and shakes?

Does anyone else get the shivers down the spine thing? Not painful but sometimes my spine goes into sort of shiver spasms. I can manage to stop it but a bit like with legs, my body seems to need to do it ....

I do get this- usually when I’ve been woken from deep sleep by RLS in one leg. I notice the shiver down the spine - it’s a very weird sensation. It makes me shake & the only way to get rid of it is to get out of bed & move about & stretch my back.
