Restavin for RLS?

Has anybody tried something called Restavin for RLS?

I found out about it on a website called serenelegreviews.com and they claim it helps alleviate RLS symptoms. They gave it 94% and compared to other products it was #1.

I wanted to give it a try and I just ordered it on Amazon. It's supposed to be delivered the day after tomorrow (Tuesday).

I'll try it and I'll let you know if it works. Wish me luck. 😊

It could work. I just looked it up on Amazon 22% one star reviews - which is pretty high. I don't like anything with more than 10% one star reviews. Read a few and see it it isn't just a shipping issue or damaged product. Restavin does have 1.5 mg of iron (doesn't say what kind), Folic acid, and small amounts of Mg, Vit. C and herbs. You can better match and exceed all these with your own supplement regime: Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate, B Vitamins (includes Folate) in a high quality multi vitamin, and Magnesium (I recommend Magtein - highly absorb-able). Put Restavin in the search box then sort for RLS Community - lot of people have talked about it.

I have been taking Restavin for about three years. I find that in the evening when I sit down to unwind and watch TV, I have to get up and do some walking. But, I rarely have to walk during the night which is a total blessing. I take one full dropper full after dinner and another before retiring. It is not a 'cure'... but I'll take whatever help I can get! If if doesn't give you any relief, at least you can return it to Amazon! May God bring you some comfort through Restavin :)
