good morning everyone !

Thank you so very much for all your replies . I was having a bad day yesterday after some awful nights of RLS. Of course all the medical advice given is excellent and all the kind wishes too really appreciated .

Last night I took 2 of my 25 mg Lyrica tablets . I settled down in bed and no symptoms came . I woke this morning and couldn’t believe that I had slept so soundly . For once I went to sleep and stayed asleep at the same time as my husband !!! I felt like it was Christmas morning and I’d had the best present ever !!!!!

I know this could possibly be because I was just so tired but it’s given me a little hope . I’m having a cuppa in bed with my dogs snuggled up to me and feel so relaxed for once .

Just wanted to say thank you so much for everyone here helping each other . ❤️
