Hello everybody. I provided treatment of RLS using urine fasting. Five days urine therapy, five days rest and again five days urine therapy. The periods during fasting night cramps (RLS) didn't stop. Nearly each night I had disturbed sleep. The liberation of RLS came after finishing the fasting, at the time of recovery. The night cramps decreased up to 90%. I am happy now !!
I shall make third 5 days urine fasting after 7 days rest. To terminate the problem 100%

Do you have RLS? you mention cramps. A very different experience to the intense, intolerable crawling sensation that can effect the body that many have.
I see there isnt anything on your bio/timeline. It helps others to understand your history if you pop details if your Health issues on there .
Would appreciate a short explanation of what urine fasting involves
Hello again, in your previous post you said you've had RLS for years.
I assumed therefore this was your problem.
I may have misread what you wrote and misinterpreted what you said about cramps
If it's "cramps" that's the problem you're trying to eliminate with the urine fasting then this is not RLS.
Whether or not the urine fasting is successful in dealing with the cramps what you write may be misleading to people reading it who have RLS. Some may actually get the impression that you're suggesting that urine fasting is a possible a cure for RLS.
Currently, although there are treatments for RLS, there is no cure.
For yourself if the urine fasting is successful for now, it is likely to return. If you're happy to keep repeating the experience then that's OK.
However, it appears that you are basing some of your actions on a self-misdiagnosis. If you do have problems with cramps, this might indicate some imbalance or other condition. In which case I suggest you consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
I'm not familiar with urine fasting, so I have no idea how it might work, fir anything. If you have some imbalance, it's possibly it might help, but it would be better to know, if possible, what's causing it.
There's no scientific basis for thinking urine fasting can help with RLS, certainly not a cure. I accept that sometimes things can work without any apparent explanation, but my reason for doubting what you suggest is that you don't appear to have RLS.
It matters little if something is true or not - but rather what you BELIEVE is true is the key to gaining benefit.
For those who dont know about urine fasting, i think you will find you drink your own urine. On Dr. B website he has a list of weird and wonderful "cures" that people have wrote to him about and he adds it to his non RLS treatments. I remember reading it many years ago. You will be surprised if you look at that list what people have tried.
