Targinact?

Any advice about Targinact for RLS? or links to other comments about its efficacy? I've been on 5mg for two weeks now and am about to go up to 10mg, but so far the results have been very mixed - some nights a bit better than usual, some very much worse. I'm a long-term serious sufferer. I've tried all the other prescription drugs and all sorts of alternatives to no avail and had been hoping this might give me a bit of relief.

I’m also a longtime sufferer. I’ve been on 20

mg of Targinact, but have now cut down to 10. I can’t say I got much more relief from 20. It made me sleepy and clobbered my sense of being alive. All is better on 10. It seems to help a bit. However I plan to cut to 5mg so I can get closer to my natural self.

It does help a bit but not as much as Tramadol, is my conclusion. Cannabis, if legal where you live, is much better, but I know everyone is different and what helps one person is useless for another.

Thanks very much - very helpful. I’ll try the 10mg for a bit and see what happens, but won’t get over excited.
