Ramipril is an ACE inhibitor and although I can't be 100% certain, I think it unlikely to affect RLS. It doesn't really affect the nervous system.
Amiodipine is a calcium channel blocker, hence it slows down the action of some nerves/muscles. It does affect nerves and therefore it's possible it may affect RLS. It just depends how selective this is.
Gabapentin, which can relieve RLS also acts on calcium channels (alpha2delta calcium channels), so it is possible that Amiodipine helps RLS.
Otherwise, I haven't a clue!
Thanks for the reply
I have had RLS for years and have been taking ropinirole. Within the past week I started taking Amlodipine Besylate 5 mg (had been on metoprolol succinate but started having an allergic reaction to it-rash). I have found no difference in my RLS symptoms, either good or bad.
