Miracles do happen

Ok, so I’m not one to brag (and you can call me names if you want to) but last night was the third night in a row that I had 4 hours sleep.

Yes, really! I feel like Wonder Woman!

Now that I’ve said that I know I’ve probably jinxed it and I’ll be up all night tonight but I just wanted to share the joy and possibly give you a little hope.

So hang on in there. Tonight could be your night ❤️

I know how you feel, you want to tell the world as you are so happy. And why not!

Great news!

Good. Enjoy!

What changed that made you sleep 4 uninterrupted hours?

The first night I think it was due to the fact that I had been up for 3 days straight but after that I have no clue but it was amazing while it was happening but tonight I’m back to no sleep, ‘jangly’ legs and eating everything in sight.

UGG ! I have had that experience as well. Thinking everything was under control, for a few days anyway. There does seem to be some kind of a cycle.

Did you take something new? Has anything changed in your routine? What do you put the extra sleep down to?

SO ... you don't want to brag. Hell we deserve it. I do anyhow. After a lifetime of suffering chronic insomnia, I have now been diagnosed with another disease,(and the hits just keep on comin), Bi-Polar. And the medication that has been prescribed for me, Ativan, (Lorazepam),

gives me 12 to 15 hours of uninterrupted, peaceful, blissful sleep. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Brag away my friend

Funny how you are on a Loooooog string of sleepless nights, yet EVERY night you think it will be better. Hope is a good thing!
