The interesting part starts just over six minutes in. Not specifically RLS, but we all know this awful affliction is dopamine related.

The only slightly offputting feature was that he sounded like an asian version of Stephen Hawking.

This is a helpful and informative video with practical suggestions and achievable means to enhance Dopamine levels. Hopefully it will help RLS sufferers if we can adopt more of these suggestions .

Thanks for sharing this...lots of new ideas. Agree that listening to music helps a lot but can't listen and go to theatre or cinema at same time. Foods sound interesting and setting goals etc.. Meditation seems key...will give this a try plus more outdoor exercise. 🙂
