Herbal treatment

So I have been to my local herbal shop and spoke to the lovely man in the store for some time about my RLS. I bought a Himalayan salt lamp which I have been putting on in the evening before I go to bed, even the colour of our bedroom is relaxing in itself (which is very much needed at the moment for myself) and he also gave me a herbal drug called "wonder legs" and I must say it's working so far and obviously I'm not naive, my RLS will come back as it always does but as long as I can get a few nights sleep in a row then that's a massive help to my well being.

Never heard of a salt lamp. I'm sleeping ok at the moment....think it's all the painkillers I'm taking for my back.....it was the four nights without sleep and coming downstairs and going to lie on the sofa and missing and landing flat on my back that did my back in !! I'm sure that you'll understand the lack of sleep

I have a salt lamp bought for me because of its RLS ‘healing properties’. It gives the bedroom a lovey glow but that’s as far as it goes for me I’m afraid!

Why shouldn't "wonder Legs" work? Science hasn't done much to solve our problem so, as usual, if it works for you then hang onto it and believe!!!

Spot on Graham, there are so many different things that work for so many different people, if it helps just a little hang on to it.

Well its Been two Weeks, maybe abit more and it seems to working so far. I'm back at work so that's a good sign
