Hi I have suffered terrible with insomnia but suddenly it stopped and I found myself sleeping like I hadn't done for a long time. I know I was told by a doctor that these thing go in cycles but I was sceptical. My medication has not changed I'm still on pramipexole and my rls is under control at the moment. The only thing that has changed is that I have been sleeping with the windows open due to the hot weather. I read an article recently by one of your subscribers that air intake through the nostrils was important for sleep apnea.

It may be purely coincidental but worth a try if this can help anyone.

Both my RLS & insomnia come and go in cycles. During a bad cycle my only hope is that “this too shall pass”
