Good practice to avoid all artificial ingredients. Most of them are inflammatory agents and are very good at setting off the auld restlessness.

I can never read the small print, even with my expensive varifocals on.

I blame laser printers, ever since they were invented print keeps getting smaller and smaller.

I wonder if getting better glasses would improve my RLS.

Better to avoid fruit juices altogether as sugar is inflammatory and will also make rls worse. Only safe to eat the whole fruit as the fibre will make it transit through the small intestine quickly, before the fructose is abrorbed. Also, your bowels will let you know when you've had enough.

Thanks for the heads up, but for me aspartme causes no issues, but sugar sure does, so I won’t be drinking fruit juice anytime soon. But why would they put a sweetener of any kind into juice anyway?
