QUALITY OF LIFESTATEMENT

Many times on this site I have mentioned the fact that I've completed what is known as 'A Quality of Life Statement'. I have been asked on several occasions to explain. Unfortunately I have misplaced the original document. And as it was 5 foolscap typed pages long, I was somewhat hesitant to replicate.

BUT ... a couple of nights ago, I decided to try and do my best to accomplish just that. I got thru 2 pages, and I had to stop. The memories came flooding back with such reality that it sent me into depression. So I've had to stop, albeit I'm sure, (or at least hopefully), for just a short while.

I hope you can understand. If you'd like, I could post what I have done so far on the chapter titled,

(MY) DESCRIPTION OF RESTLESS LEGS'. You will note that I put 'MY' description, as I am aware that we would all have different ways of describing our suffering.

The first chapter is titled:

MY QUALITY OF LIFE STATEMENT

(by a life-long sufferer of Restless Legs).

The second was titled:

MY DESCRIPTION OF RESTLESS LEGS

The third being

RLS and SPORT

The fourth being

HOW I HAVE ACCEPTED, ADJUSTED, MEDICATION.

It was the second chapter that bought me undone. And even though it is in draft form, I have no hesitation in allowing you to read it.
