I was prescribed an ssri prozac for my anxiety and realized i felt more jittery and weird crawling sensations all over my body and the rls feels worse

That is a simple answer. Prozac is an SSRI antidressant, and they are tops on the list of meds that will make 99.9% of RLSer's. So, no surprise there that you think it is worse, because it is. rls.org or any reliable RLS site will give you a list of meds that are "no-no's" for MOST people with RLS. MOST antidepressants are on that list. Also, you need to tell your doctor that this is not working out. I do not know your history, so just going on med info.

Prozac is very bad news for RLS, silly doctor.

And SSRIs can cause almost every side-effect in the book.

There are one or two anti-depressants that you CAN take, including Trazodone and Wellbutrin.
