I've been to the vascular doctor as they are not convinced its rls, I had lots of tests and they think I should have another MRI they are saying the feelings in my legs are due to my back nerves etc

RLS can’t be diagnosed by MRI or nerve conduction tests. I’ve read your previous posts and the detailed replies from Pam amongst others.
It does sound to me like you have RLS. Your creepy crawly feelings are relieved by movement and happen when you’re resting or trying to sleep.
I think you need to sit down again with your doctors and take print outs of the links Pam sent you several months ago. Also demand the blood tests and make sure serum ferritin is above 100.
You need to keep pushing and change GP.
There are meds that can help you if raising ferritin and avoiding all the triggers like anti depressants and anti histamines hasn’t helped.
A sleep clinic or neurologist would be better than a vascular doctor.
I hope you get to see a knowledgeable doctor soon.
Thank you I will discuss this I think they are fobbing me off.. I get about 3 hrs sleep a nyt if I'm lucky
