3rd time Potassium Citrate has worked!

Last night was the 3rd time that I'd went to bed and had taken nothing for RLS as I'm not on a prescribed medication yet. I went to bed without symptoms, notices about 1/2 hr in that I was getting it in my upper body again. Took 2 tablets and did not wake up all night other then to use the bathroom! This has been the best sleep I've gotten in years; nothing over the counter has worked like this! The only other thing I'm doing differently is cutting down sugar, gluten and eating more anti-inflammatory foods.
