Off mirapex 4 weeks on

I have been off mirapex for 4 weeks now and have upped the dose of pregabalin to 300 mg for 4 days I still have rls at night , can anyone give me some idea how long this takes to work please

It’s still very early days. DAWS is very real and can last months so don’t be tempted to increase the pregabalin. 300mg is the max recommended for RLS.

The withdrawal symptoms take quite a while to settle.

I didn’t find the right combination of meds for about 6 months after withdrawal from Ropinirole (similar to Mirapex).

You could try using cannabis for when it plays up ( I know it’s illegal here in Uk but it does help).
