Does anyone get a vibration feeling in your body? Feels like your muscles are twitching non stop and light sensitivity?

I don't know if this is the same but at times my feet buzz as if they are feeding off a vibration in the ground. I get a number of strange sensations and feelings around my body from the buzzing in my feet to stabbing pains on my skull, (not headaches but on outside of head).

I had a light sensitivity for a couple of years when I got very unwell with ME but this has eased.

Yessss I get tht feeling in my feet n it feels like I wanna jump out of my feet it’s so weird! I also get the light sensitivity. Ugh!!!

I don't mind the buzzing - as long as any sensation not give way to pain I am reasonably happy with it. Thankfully the light sensitivity is gone as I love being out in the sun, well what little of it we get in Ireland.

twitching can be a sign of electrolight inbalance so maybe magnesium or pottasium too low. Worth seeing doctor.
