Tiger balm

Mentioned this before and some of you find it too strong but it is the white one I am using. It does bring some relief from both RLS and cramp. It is quite expensive at £5 for a small jar but you don’t need that much. I am going to see if I can get it cheaper

I did cold turkey withdrawal from domination a few years ago and I would not recommend it. No sleep for three days and then just short sleeps for next ten days. I fell asleep sitting on edge of bed moving legs up and down and crashed into bedside cupboard banging my head quite severely and damaging table lamp. I was also left with augmentation symptoms ie 24 hour rls and rls in arms as well as legs. Have often wondered if I had come off ropinarole slowly would these symptoms have disappeared.
