Hello All,
I've been following your posts daily and thought I would just jump in for some further advice please.
I'm taking Pregabalin 0.25 twice a day then .50 prior to bed so 100mg in total, I'm also taking co-codimol 30/500mg sometimes 3 times a day sort of dip in and out of this dose as GP not keen on me taking long term so try to do without it but do take it as often as not. I wake ever night still and this has been the situation since starting to take this medication but in the main my day and evening symptoms are no longer a problem(very rare) I would love as most with RSL to sleep all night without the breakthrough symptoms, I vary from having RSL bad in the night and having to get up for a few hours to managing a quick trip to the toilet and getting back in bed eventually being able to get back to sleep (sometimes after taking co-codimol or extra Pregabalin)
It's now in the main in my ankles and under my feet in the middle of the night, mainly in one foot or the other, if it comes on earlier in the evening that's mainly in my lower leg one or the other again.
I don't know if I should just continue as I am or increase the dose of pregabalin or co-codimol, my gp won't know it's guess work with her.
I take magnesium, B12, D3 and slow Iron also.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
