NONE. You are already over max limit recommendation for rls.

Please research "Augmentation" on this site or Google.

Madlegs is correct. Ideally you should cut back on mirapexin and definitely check out augmentation. If you continue to increase the dose you are letting yourself in for a very hard time

Have you had a serum ferritin check? Having iron levels high helps For most sufferers. You need to get the actual figure - not just that you are ‘normal’ and then aim to get you level over100.

You might need to ask your GP for a supplementary medicine such as Gabapentin or pregabalin if breakthrough symptoms are bad. But if break through symptoms are bad you may already be in augmentation and you might need to withdraw from mirapexin altogether.

No, stop there. Speak to your doc about augmentation and DAWS.

I am attempting to come off the Monster, and I have methadone to help. It raises eyebrows, as it is the 'villain-of-the-day', but opioids have been the go-to solution since 1685. The accidental discovery of the DAs in relation to RLS pushed opioids off the map. More money.

This article, written by Dr. Mark Buchfuhrer, on Augmentation explains it excellently:
