Awesome that it works for you!! I use magnesium spray, which I find works well. Not always, but lots of the time.

I've just started taking Magnesium with calcium at nigh before bed. I have noticed an improvement. Not gone completely but it is less. Where do you get he spray from though? Is it in Health Food shops?

Magnesium capsules didn’t work for me for RLS but cured my migraines. I spray the oil bought from Holland and Barrett or the internet onto my arms and legs when they are bad and it usually stops the RLS but it is no good at preventing RLS. ie. If I put it on before I get the RLS I still get them. Weird!

Yes, I get my spray from a health food store

Hi

I make my own- half mineral water /half magnesium flakes in a spray bottle. Shake before use. Much, much cheaper.
