I have just read the post with the lady trying to come odd the Pramipexole I am in the same position and it's driving me nuts my legs are twitching horrible right through the day and night I haven't sleep at all for the last two nights and I am getting desperate!

I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow but depending on which one I see I am not holding my breath.

Is their any drugs that work ok with rls?

I have booked to see a neaurologist but I have been told it could take up to 18 weeks don't think I could wait so long I am desperate to get some relief any thoughts would be helpful give me something to bang on to.

See the replies to her situation. Good luck.

Hi there,

I came off Pramiprexole by reducing by one tablet every four days. I was on 6 a day so it took me at least 3 weeks. During the day was not too bad but at night I took 2 co-codamol to help me sleep, My neurologist eventually put me on the Neupropatch (Rotigotine) with 0.5 Clonazipam at night. Your GP might prescribe that if you ask. Watch out for your triggers too! Good luck!
