PROOF THAT MADOPAR ACTUALLY WORKS

First up I apologize for the length of this post

RLS was the first to come for me .... since childhood and I am now 64. My RLS is virtually under control now because of my brilliant and magic medication and I hereby confirm, without any hesitation whatsoever, and with 100% assurity, can advise, that it is unequivocally because of these brilliant (magic) medications, that the reasons that I have not suffered from RLS pain (excruciating) or RLS symptoms (tortuous) ever since. I can contribute my success in containing my RLS to the wonderful and magic medication that I'm currently taking. I have been taking Madopar, (to control the pain), since diagnosis at 48. And I have been taking Sifrol, (to contain the horrendous symptoms of RLS) for approx 7 years. And I call them magical because they have given me freedom from the torturous conditions of RLS because as immediately I began taking them, they began working. I feel that one cannot ask for more.

Then came the depression, after an extended illness. I was not coping at all well with the depression, and in fact, there were many times I was prepared to give up for lack of understanding and education. I have recently been diagnosed with Bipolar 2.

And, (you may choose to believe this or not), but my recent bipolar diagnosis has been somewhat of a God send. As I can now understand so many things that happened in my past, that before the bipolar diagnosis, were somewhat of a mystery to me. But now it all makes perfect sense.

Eg: (1) I now have an understanding as to why I made such difficult and incorrect choices in my life.

(2) Why I concentrated on the wrong areas and issues concerning myself and my family.

(3) Why I didn't give enough attention to the serious and important issues that should have had priority over everything,

I can advise that I have proved, beyond any reasonable doubt, (and which should therefore silence the critics), the facts that support my somewhat outlandish claims.

I happened to break my leg several years ago where it was joined to the hip. So I had to undergo a complete and total hip replacement operation. My prescribed dosage for the Madopar was 4 tablets 4 times a day, which was prescribed by The Sleep Director of the Sleep Disorder Clinic and also confirmed by 4 of his registrars, from the prestigious Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) in our capital city for the state of Queensland, Brisbane.

Obviouslby my orthopaedic surgeon knew absolutely nothing about restless legs or sleep disturbances (why would he ..... he was a bone doctor)?

Apparently it is now the normal procedure to have the patient up and out of bed the following morning of the operation and which for me was the left.

However, for me, to undergo this exercise was nothing short of excruciating.

I was in so much pain that I could not walk .... however strangely enough,

OMG I said to the physio I know exactly what this pain in my right leg is. It. has been a significantly long time since I have felt this pain and I know exactly what it is

It is restless legs pain. and it was still so painful while walking back to my room that I wasn't capable of feeling the pain from the operation

.

On returning to my room I immediately requested a meeting with the head nurse. I asked her to please check my medication chart to ensure that I have been receiving my correct dosage of madopar. I was extremely disappointed to learn that my suspicions had indeed been correct and my orthopaedic surgeon could not understand the reason for such strong Parkinson's drugs. And so without any consultation with me, he took it upon himself to make an uneducated decision and cut my Madopar medication dosage by half.

Hence the return of the excruciating pain. I demanded a meeting with him and the correcI Madopar dosage was

instilled. BUT it took 3 long days for the totally unnecessary pain to subside.

AND THEREIN LIES MY PROOF THAT MADOPAR ACTUALLY WORKS 100%
