I have been taking CBD fo about a month. RLS slightly better and back pain better. I have put in pounds. Has anyone else had this experience or is it my lack of exercise and overindulgence over Christmas. It just seems so sudden

Happy about the rls- and backpain-effects for you. Too bad about the weight gain. The latter hasn’t happenend to me. But then, I only take 4-6 drops of 5% cbd just before bed. Doesn’t help with rls but helps a little with calming the (often racing) mind and falling asleep. I would suspect Xmas for the weight gain 🙁.
