There are some anti histamines that are alright for RLS - Loratadine, desloratadine and fexofenadine. These are non sedating and don’t cross the blood-brain barrier.

I have been taking levocetirizine (Xyzall) for hay fever for years. It has no effect on my RLS.

Try Co Q 10. No prescription needed. I took 800mg in am. it worked well. I no longer have to take it.
