I have had RLS for around 10 years and tried all different meds. None of which really help. Me and the grandkids have had this really bad cough thats going around at the moment and i have been putting Vicks on their feet and their socks on at night. And its helped them sleep so i thought i would try it. Bad side is i had a nightmare night with my RLS good side is my RLS as been a lot better and going to try no meds for couple of nights. I was told all your nerves are in your feet so not sure if the reation when i put the Vicks on has helped with my condition

That's great for you.

General feedback is that Vicks aggravates rls- but I never found that.

Long may you get relief.

It aggravated mine the night I put it on. I had an horrendous night . I haven't put it on since. I was just saying that since then my legs have seemed easier, but it's early days yet.
