Well I did not want to say thank God I found a remedy until at least 2 or 3 weeks went by. I have been sleeping great by doing the following: drink a cup of hot water with juice of whole lemon and milk thistle tea bag at bedtime. I also take a detox pill, which is oxygenated magnesium, and a probiotics pill which I ordered both from health author, Kimberly Snyder on line. I wake up feeling wonderful. So now I will say Thank you God!

Finally relief 48
Hi Roblau....I’m so delighted that you have found a mix of natural products that offers you relief from the misery of RLS. May I ask how you arrived at this formula? I’m tempted to try it myself!
Thanks for sharing your news and hope the effect will continue to give you relief.
Good ongoing luck with your RLS journey!
Hi Boo-boo, thanks for your interest, I believe that for me my RLS problem is related to digestion. Looking at other successes on this site, I see many are related to clearing the stomach and intestines of fermenting food. Many health practitioners recommend hot water and lemon in the morning to clean the system and liver. I decided to try it at night instead and added the detox and probiotic pills to perform a gentle colonic. I also reduced sugar and refined carbs to my diet.
I pray this continues to work and also pray it's the solution for you and others suffering sleepless nights.
Best of health to you,
God Bless,
Many thanks for the detailed information Roblau. I often wish I’d never got onto the RLS meds treadmill....but I guess in hindsight that’s easy to say. Most would be categorised as ‘heavy’ meds and come with unpleasant side effects. Conventional medicine has a very long way to go to finding better treatments for this condition.
You must be overjoyed to have found natural non invasive alternatives & I’m delighted for you!
I’ll try your winning formula very soon!
All good wishes to you.
Thanks for posting about this. It is great to hear of things that have worked. Although I don’t find that what I eat makes much of an impact on my Rls (over many years of observing I haven’t identified a single reliable food trigger), I do notice that having a well cleared out system and a relatively empty stomach at bedtime can be quite beneficial.
I did that - crowed about being cured with magnesium. A friend chided me for my smugness and said it was because he had prayed for me. The rls came back but mildly and I was pleased that I had, at least, reduced my Ropinerole. Yesterday rls returned with a vengence and I upped the Ropinerole again. Perhaps I should have thanked God instead of taking credit for my years of researching and experimenting with the
condition !!!!
Do you think (bottled) lemon juice could work as well?
