Magnesium spray

I decided to try Magnesium oil spray and it is working for me . I have gotten two nights of pretty good sleep so far without having to take any advil . I also started LDN last month but still waiting for results ( has said to take up to 6 months to see any results ) . I also have a relaxsis pad which also helps .

Hi Hoffie, LDN is Low Dose Naltrexone used mostly for cancer but has benefits for Fibromyalgia and many other diseases, Restless Legs included.

As it is not registered for many diseases it is very difficult to obtain unless your GP has knowledge of it and is open to prescribing it. The above video explains a lot

When and how much Advil do you take to help with sleep? It's a know Glutamate blocker - the excitable neurotransmitter. I take a 200 mg tablet when I awaken at 3AM.
