Glutamate

I recently followed a link on here which led me to a forum on ME. 'Phoenix rising.me' I've tried to find the article since without success but I remember the word glutamate and the phrase 'wired but tired' came up. It suggested krill oil as it 'crosses the brain barrier, unlike fish oil'. It also suggested 'grape seed extract'. There is s lot of discussion around high anxiety and brain inflammation. I have suffered with anxiety for years and have often thought my nervous system is shot to pieces and that is what has triggered my RLS. from what I've read on the 'phoenix rising' forum ME sufferers are trying to bring down their anxiety levels to help their condition. There are lots of supplements and dietary changes suggested The forum as well.

Best wishes

Sue
