Dealing with RLS

Just got through reading apost @ rls. I am 66 and have had RLS since I was a teen. Have been on all kinds of meds. Mirapex seemed to work best had bad side effects. I was on1.5 mg. Quit cold turkey. I did not know that it had that kind if withdrawals. I have since started taking 1/2 of .5 mg nerve pill. Helping with the night attacks.

is Apple Cider Vinegar good for RLS

I took it for a while in some hot water with honey but I couldn't say it made an appreciable impact.
