What about sad vids?

I tend not to watch sad things on the internet because there`s enough of that on the news, etc.

I have heard of many things like food or drink or certain meds that can be a trigger for RLS. But laughing is a new one on me.

That's interesting, do you think it could be that when watching you are immobile ,resting and relaxing which triggers the RLS rather than the content of the programme? Pipps x

I`m wondering if it could be down to depletion of dopamine levels.

Hmmmm apparently when we laugh we get a release of dopamine so laughing should technically give you a burst of dopamine lol Pippins2 x

Yes laughing triggers my restless leg as well. I currently take pramipexole which appears to help but dose continually needs to be increased
