I know that Magnesium, has been touched on several times before, but found the article in the Mail on Saturday, which does clarify for me the possible benefits for RLS sufferers.

Quite interesting
I started using the Magnesium spray but found it very drying and it caused my skin to peel off. I then swapped the original for the sensitive version and that solved the skin issue. I also use the Magnesium Goodnight Spray which also contains lavender, good for sleep .
Magnesium and RLS are definitely linked in my humble opinion. The spray and oral Magnesium is all l use to alleviate my symptoms. They have not taken the RLS away, but definitely help it. I prefer this to prescription Meds that have caused me more problems than they cured.
I started using the spray oil and it's been incredible not only with the RLS but like the article says, great for aches and pains. I still take my meds, TRAMADOL twice, one 50 mg at 5:30 pm and the other 50 mg at 11:30 pm, however now and then I feel I need a little more, so instead of medicating I rub on the oil and sleep like a baby. Now I also have a torn muscle in my upper arm so I gave it a shot with the oil for the pain and it's been short of a miracle worker so I can calm the pain and sleep. I got hooked on the magnesium because of another member on this web site for RLS. I'm so greatfull she posted this info. Now my husband is using it as well for his feet and legs because he's a diabetic and has neuropathy in his feet and gets shooting and stinging pains that travel to the legs. He gave the magnesium a try and is also hooked on it. Why didn't we know this sooner. Thanks for the article.
