i have been suffering with sleep problems ever since i suffers from a bullet wound from millatry work. i try to follow the nhs guild line about make sure you get up at the same time and go to bed at the same time but it does not work because of my work my hours are scatted.

You don't say if your sleep problems are because of restless legs. Do your legs jerk at night?
