2017 or 2016???? I know others who have called and spoken to Carl. My question to you is, as was to the others, did he even ask if you have Primary RLS or secondary RLS?? I know he did not ask the others and one person is very well known here. he did not ask what meds they are taking, etc. I do not like it the way they are doing this. the pad is for Primary RLS ONLY. In other words has to be genetic or inherited, with no underlying causes of your RLS like the wrong meds, etc. If "Carl" did not ask you those questions, they need to be asked. I am going to call the company back, myself, and ask THEM those questions. I have heard too many stories. IN the US, it is supposed to be by prescription only, so why they will be able to just sell it in the UK is beyond me. Time to do more checking!
