Right. oldblue. If you are just posting to Restless Legs Syndrome, then you just post to this community. If you have a different ailment like chronic pain, then there is a forum from that and you would have to join that forum to post and comment. So, if it only RLS, then you just post to us on this one, just like you have been doing. Ignore where it says my communities. I hope i havent confused you. :)

hey elisse i"ve had chronic lower back pain for 20 + years. i"ve took oxycodone app. 10 years. what post or form do i get on to talk about this?

Right, this is when you click on the My Communities at the top of this page. Then click on the + browse communities, there are dozens of forum for all sorts. You should see one that says Pain Concern, click on that one so you can join.
