I've used gel a few times - it takes the edge off twitches and I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use on my restless legs all the time. does anyone have any views on using this as a remedy?

Hi,I have not heard of ibuprofen gel helping the urge to move or twitches before but it could help with any associated pain . However if it helps you thats great ..Pipps
