Hi,if you can't do standing you can sitting down only do more ok

I will sure try this. Thank you.

Well first of all RLS has nothing to do with blood circulation. The exercise he is doing, i do all the time when my legs play up, stretching. Do you all not stretch your legs to get relief. Or is that just me.

i wonder were you got that info i know little re medical but my logic for the want of a better word,if your muscle is tight then surly that would restrict blood flow so if the blood can't get through it must bypass it and maybe causes spasms

I have to second what Elisse; RLS is exclusive from blood circulation. While having good circulation is important for general comfort, there is no link between the two. Additionally, muscle tightness and blood circulation are mutually exclusive from one another. For example, if I don't stretch and I go hiking, my muscles will likely be tight, but there is no restriction to my blood flow. And while exercise is good for RLS, too much exercise can exasperate RLS symptoms.

I have bad circulation ie my hands and feet are nearly always cold when the rest of me is not and I have intermittent RLS episodes, but I have always regarded them as two separate issues.

Hi Kaarina I have rls but like you hands and feet always so cold I never go anywhere with out my gloves what you have is Raynolds ,just keep warm because those tabs they give you for it make you go bright red like hot flushes. I think the queen always wears her gloves so why not me x

Hi Beady

I have never been dx with raynaulds. My fingers and toes do not change colour nor are they painful. I do not lose any sense of feeling in them ie I know if washing up water is hot or not. Ouch! ;)

Cold hands, warm heart. :-D
