Hi Debbi, like you I take 3 a night. I start with 1 at 4 o,clock then 2 more at 7 pm, I find it's the only way I can get through tea time. Occasionally I have to take cocodamols as well when the Rls is really playing up. I have MS as well so sometimes I don't know which is causing the pain or the cramps. Here,s to a cure for both. Jimeka
