Not heard of marmite being used as a treatment gor restless legs before let us know if it works

Thats a new one on me....marmite as a treatment for RLS. Did your specialist say why, and how it would work..??

I will definitely report back - if I can stand it! But if it works ....

She said its because its rich in vitamin B. apparently some people have responded really well and come off their drugs. She is doing a trial on it. What a very strange condition RLS is - as we know :0

It really does sound like that - but she's deadly serious. Any things worth a try. The most impressive thing was that she gave me over an hour of time and took me seriously. She is the 1 st person to do that and I have seen 3 neurologists including the one who writes for the uk RLS organisation! Watch this space! :)
