There used to be a dr. Frank Elaty in Florida. He is very up to date with RLS and had a website once that he had to stop from the RLS Foundation if I remember well. Google him and if he still has a practice you will find him.
Dr. Elaty is in Traverses, fl, not far from me but he doesn't except my insurance. Im going to try USF at the end of the month.
