Not really if you mean do my feet twitch, but I can get a sharp pain in a toe that can be painful and in other spots up my leg, all lasting for less that a minute. Happens only occasionally and as if one nerve along its length was momentarily stretched or attacked to point of being painful. I have not had this sensation until I had RLS but have no assurance it is related. It is certainly not a problem as it is RLS twitching legs that is my problem and then only because of the torture from not being able to sleep. New balance of medicines seems to have it now under better control.

Yes - mine usually starts as an itch in the leg and shoots down to the sole of the foot. You know that feeling you had as a kid when someone tickled your soles? That's how I describe it to people.

Mine is very severe in my feet as well as my legs and at times it even feels like my feet are try to bend in half.
