I saw my GP today regarding Citalopram which is said to aggravate RLS and better to switch to Venlafaxine . The lady doctor immediately shook her head and said changing over to another drug will only bring on a new set of side affects so better to stick with Citalopram, and didnt elaborate any further so I am sorry folks not to come up with a more in depth answer.
