Just popped in.

Hi everyone. I thought I'd just pop in and see if there's anyone else out there either walking endlessly or looking for someone to chat to on here. It's 2.50 and there's not a lot on the TV at the moment. Just been for a walk round the garden. Hoping the Co-Codamol are going to cut in soon. They would normally have done so by now, but no such luck so it's going to be a long night. About the only thing that keeps me going on nights like this is my dog keeps popping in to say hello, almost as if he knows I shouldn't be up, bless him. Anyway, sorry for being a pain but just needed to let off steam.

I didnt come on here last night....wish I had . We could have kept each other company. I didn't take my co codamol last night as I'm getting too used to it and don't want to up the dose. So need a few nights off. I've not been to sleep at all!!!!!!!!! I'm getting sooooo fed up with it. Every day every night. Just got back from a stagger round the park with dog. Hope you got some sleeps arjay!

Wow! That's exactly how I felt when I was on tramadol. It worked like a miracle for the first three months, and then suddenly stopped being as effective - so then I started getting selective about what nights I took it because I was afraid of having to keep upping the dose. It's too bad that even when/if we find something that helps, our bodies build up a tolerance to it. :(
